The room was cozy despite not being too clean. The rooftop pool was the HIGHLIGHT. Would consider staying again! Photos didn't do it justice.

The location was ideal, and the upgrade to a corner suite with breathtaking views was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfy, and the rainfall shower was luxurious. I would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel Indigo LES had a fantastic location, allowing us to explore various neighborhoods and attractions in NYC easily. The large, quiet room and helpful front desk staff added to the positive experience, but the misleading information about the on-site amenities and the presence of a loud club disrupted the overall stay.

I loved the place due to very good location and staff. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

From the dazzling views to the awesome staff, Indigo in the Lower East Side took our wedding week in NYC from great to unforgettable! The restaurant served up dishes that were pure magic - a real ode to the local flavors. The nearby eateries like Beauty & Essex and Sweet Chick were absolutely popping with flavor!

Despite being treated like a VIP, some staff lacked the right attitude. Nights were a bit rowdy due to the upstairs bar.

The staff were amiable and competent as well, would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area, with trendy restaurants nearby. However, the club noise on the higher floors disrupted my sleep, and the inconsistent room changes were frustrating. Despite friendly door staff, the cold reception team and strict mini-bar policy were off-putting. The room needed maintenance, but the rooftop bar and pool were inviting, weather permitting.

It is a special hotel with pretty friendly staff.

This hotel is contemporary with everything being great and good value.

Loved the comfy bed, terrace in our room, and the friendly staff at the hotel. Enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool and getting a nice tan. 🏖️

Oh my gosh, guys, you have to check out the rooftop bar/pool at this hotel, it's absolutely incredible! 🌆🍹 the view, the sun, the cocktails - pure bliss! only downside was the pricey and limited breakfast options. Can't wait to go back!

New York's lively and trendy neighborhood situation

The fact that I had booked a room with a view with an extra charge this room had to be between the 14th and farmer floor in the end it was on the 9th floor without a view. This is regrettable and especially not correct since the rate was higher.

The location, the cleanliness, the sympathy of the staff, the view from the room, the neighborhood is really top. There are a lot of restaurants, bars... less touristic than some areas of New York.

The noise of the bar in the evening because the room with panoramic view is located just above. Very good but expensive breakfast

The hotel's location was fantastic with plenty of nearby attractions and spacious rooms that were clean and well-equipped. However, the noise levels from street and construction, as well as the misleading information about the rooftop bar, detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I would have appreciated to see the price of the room, a more equipped bathroom (no cotton, no cotton swabs, no toothpaste), the bathroom window was difficult to close... For the breakfast which was included, it was served in our room as if it was a delivery man, in a bag, without butter or jam (which we had to ask for). Most of the products offered on the menu were not available (neither croissants nor muffins), a small disappointment...

The helpful staff assisted me with heavy baggage, leaving a lasting impression. This spot has everything I need, including Wi-Fi, a rooftop pool, and a fitness studio. Coming back for New Year celebrations!

The hotel is in a great location near Houston street, with a subway station nearby for easy transportation. It's away from the main areas, making it a quieter option. The hotel is also conveniently located opposite the street with a great view. The rooms are clean and spacious, with an oversized bathroom and a walk-in shower. The staff is helpful and personable. The lobby area is bright and spacious, perfect for meetings or if you're here on business.

The food menu had limited choices, mainly consisting of pizza and burgers, which could be a nuisance if you didn't want to leave the hotel or order from an app.

Nose-pick heaven and great beats! Picture this: an indoor artist loft *bam!* right in your face. The bar slings killer booze and I can't afford another one of those $50 bagels. Who knew a terrace could be so sexy? Floor-to-ceiling windows = Insta-perfect. You can bring your hairy friend too. The Gallery is great for my webinars, and don't get me started on the bites. I'd give my left toe to wake up to those bagels every day. P.S. Avoid the biscuit queues. Hours wasted!

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lower East Side, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. the staff were extra friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the room was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

One improvement that could be made is the noise level in the hotel. Street noise can be heard until the early hours of the morning, which may disturb light sleepers.

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops and great diners like Katz Diner. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job. the staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the food in the restaurant was quite expensive and overpriced, making it hard on the wallet.

A quirky feature. The enormous terrace. Staying at the hotel felt like being in a luxury bird's nest, high above the bustling streets of NYC. The wind gently tousled my hair as I took in the breathtaking view. It was a serene escape from the city madness.

I booked this hotel for attending a product showcase and was impressed by The Gallery, providing 800 square feet of versatile meeting space with a view of a private terrace. The modern and clean rooms along with the rooftop bar added to the overall pleasant experience.

The only service I missed for work was a lack of a dedicated business center within the hotel premises.

The hotel's quirky industrial charm and the breathtaking view from the lobby and room made me fall in love with the place. It was easily accessible for senior folks like me, with convenient nearby amenities and public transportation options.

The location was dope, close to Rockwood Music Hall where we rocked out to killer performances. The trendy vibe of the hotel matched our vibes, and the rooftop bar, Mr Purple, was where the party was at. The staff were chill and hooked us up with an awesome view from our corner room!

The only thing that could've made our party experience even better would be if the hotel hosted more live music events or DJ sets at the rooftop bar. Just imagine, partying with a sick view and live beats!

We loved this hotel's location on Ludlow Street. It is surrounded by amazing food options, from pizza to delis. The proximity to Little Italy made it easy for us to enjoy some great restaurants. The hotel facilities were very clean, and the air conditioning worked well to combat the summer heat. We were happy to find that the internet was fast and easy to connect to. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable.

Pros": Our family had an amazing time at Rockwood Music Hall, which offers a diverse lineup of musicians across three stages. The vibrant atmosphere and talented performers made our visit unforgettable.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the F train and most places we needed to go. However, the next night the restaurant was closed for a private event. The room was basic and the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. The service was okay, but nothing special. The hotel did not offer breakfast. There was no view from our room and the facilities were limited.

The noise level was unbearable at night due to the loud music coming from the popular bar on the 15th floor.
